While working at Rocky View County they needed a tri-fold brochure to help residents understand how property taxes are assessed, allocated, and paid. I worked with content from Communications, Finance, and Executive leadership, and designed the layout using the County’s brand colours and resident-focused imagery.
Built in Adobe InDesign with charts and graphics created in Illustrator, the brochure aimed to simplify complex tax and assessment information into a clear, easy-to-read format. Key challenges included fitting detailed content into the limited space and refining the messaging through multiple revisions to maintain clarity.
The final brochure was mailed with annual assessment notices and posted online for residents to access.
