I designed a double-sided postcard for Crave Furniture to promote a free wall art gift with the purchase of Natuzzi Editions furniture. The postcard was targeted to specific Calgary neighbourhoods using Canada Post’s delivery service. Using the store’s logo and signature orange palette, I developed a clean, visually appealing layout that showcased a before-and-after display of the sofa with the wall art, along with a sidebar highlighting additional pieces.
All copy and photos were provided by the store owner, and I formatted the content while making minor adjustments for clarity and spacing. The postcard was laid out in Adobe InDesign, with photo edits and composition completed in Photoshop. Throughout the project, I worked closely with the owner, exchanging ideas and concepts via email, phone, and in-person meetings, refining the design over several rounds of edits to match her vision.
The main design challenges involved fitting multiple wall art options into a limited space while adhering to Canada Post’s technical specifications. The final postcard was printed and distributed to households within the target postal code, providing a professional, eye-catching promotional piece that aligned with the store’s branding and marketing goals.
