Falcon Homes regularly advertised in Central Alberta Homes and Lifestyle, providing a brief message and a small selection of images while giving full creative control over the ad design. Using the information supplied, I developed concepts that matched each development’s target audience and sourced additional imagery when needed to build a complete, cohesive layout.
Each ad required a distinct tone. One targeted young and growing families looking to upgrade, another focused on empty nesters moving into a 50+ community, and the third promoted townhomes for first-time buyers. With no formal brand direction, I shaped each visual approach around the needs, priorities, and lifestyle cues of its intended demographic.
Content ranged from simple price-driven messages to short feature lists, guiding the hierarchy and structure of each design. Across all three ads, the objective stayed consistent: create a clear, compelling full-page presence that effectively showcased the development and reinforced Falcon Homes’ reputation in the magazine.
